At Zourì, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. Each piece is carefully made to order with attention to detail. Please review our shipping and returns details below to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time

All Zourì pieces require 5 working days for production before shipping. During sales or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 working days.

Domestic Shipping

Abuja: Next-day delivery after processing
Other locations in Nigeria: 2-4 working days after processing

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 10-12 working days after processing. Delays may occur due to customs clearance.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, Zourì is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
During high volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
