At Zourì, we value our customers and want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before making an exchange request.

Delivery Costs

Customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanges or replacements.

Custom Sizes

Custom-sized garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Color Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different color choices.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements can only be made if the item is not a custom size provided by the client. To be eligible for replacement:

  • Item must be unworn, unstained, and in perfect condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please note:

  • You must provide photographic proof that the item was faulty upon receipt
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Replacement shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
